Goodacres

Goodacres was a high end new-build project where we carried out a lot of the bespoke internal fit-out works alongside coordinating with various other trades on site. Our involvement extended far beyond standard contracting works, taking a leading role in both the construction delivery and overall site coordination.

Externally, we completed all hardscaping and landscaping works, including setting and correcting site levels, constructing the driveway, and delivering the underground garden room. We also completed all external cladding works across the property.

Internally, we oversaw and assisted with site management throughout the build, arranged a large proportion of materials and coordinated multiple trades to ensure smooth project progression. We managed and oversaw the first-fix joinery package from the initial studwork stage through to plasterboarding and the formation of bespoke ceiling details.

In addition, we designed, manufactured, and installed a range of bespoke joinery elements throughout the property, including custom dining tables, bed frames, and other fitted features. We also organised the procurement and installation of bespoke doors to align with the overall design and finish of the home.

The project demonstrates our ability to manage and deliver high-end residential builds across multiple disciplines, combining craftsmanship, coordination, and practical construction expertise from groundwork through to final finishes.
